I often support clients who experience anxiety, perfectionism, and high levels of burnout. Many clients who reach out are going through periods of transition in their lives. I believe identity is constantly evolving and we must take time to process the changes we go through in parenthood in order to understand ourselves. I use a variety of approaches in my work, but tend to lean on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing.
